This grant supports research projects aimed at improving management of Great Salt Lake by providing lake managers with better understanding of its complexities. Funded projects should address specified hot topics or offer significant enhancements to GSL knowledge. Deliverables must be publicly accessible and projects should align with the GSL Comprehensive Management Plan and Commissioner’s Strategic Plan. Proposals can be for one or two years.
