The Burdette/Pi Sigma Alpha Award honors the best paper presented at the previous year's APSA Annual Meeting in political science. It supports recognition of outstanding research presented at the conference and includes a $750 cash prize. Nominations are accepted from self or program division chairs, with eligibility open internationally and no membership required.
Self-nominations are accepted. Nominees need not be APSA members, US-affiliated, or US citizens. Papers must have been presented at the previous year's APSA Annual Meeting.
