This grant funds POD Network members initiating their first research projects focused on teaching and learning, educational, or organizational development. It supports expenses such as research assistant wages, consulting, equipment, supplies, and travel for conducting research. Previous recipients may reapply after 3 years, with exceptions for Early Researcher awardees.
Applicants must be POD Network members at submission. Previous recipients may reapply after 3 years with required reports, except Early Researcher awardees who can apply sooner. Dissertation research and conference travel are ineligible.
