Supports projects that provide nutrition incentives to CalFresh (SNAP) shoppers to purchase fresh California-grown fruits and vegetables at certified farmers' markets, mobile markets, CSAs, farm stands, and small businesses. Prioritizes proposals serving low-access and low-income communities with high diet-related disease rates. Eligible applicants include USDA-authorized markets, small businesses, nonprofits, and tribal governments. Matching funds are encouraged but not required.
