This funding opportunity supports California local governments and delegated housing trust funds in developing, acquiring, rehabilitating, and preserving affordable multifamily and ownership housing. It also funds rapid rehousing, rental assistance, supportive services, and homeownership programs targeting extremely low- to moderate-income households and those at risk of homelessness.
