This grant funds multi-benefit ecosystem and watershed protection and restoration projects that benefit the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh. Projects should align with the California Water Action Plan objectives including reliable water supplies, species and habitat restoration, and resilient water resource management systems. Funding supports efforts to improve water quality, supply, flood protection, and environmental resilience in the Delta region.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and tribal governments. Projects must benefit the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta region including Suisun Marsh.
