This grant supports residential landlords in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland to install electric vehicle chargepoints at flats, houses, and apartment blocks. It covers up to 75% of purchase and installation costs, capped at £500 per socket, for up to 200 sockets per year. Applicants must be registered businesses and use OZEV-authorised installers. The grant excludes installations mandated by regulations or planning conditions.
