This grant supports public sector organizations in North Wales to upgrade or replace existing assets such as lighting columns, power supplies, access, structures, or fiber backhaul to enable 4G and 5G mobile infrastructure deployment. Projects must ensure assets are accessible to mobile network operators on an open, non-exclusive basis. Grants cover up to 100% of eligible capital costs, paid as reimbursements, and projects must complete by January 2030.
