This three-year fellowship supports recent college graduates with language skills and cultural competency to work under supervision providing immigration law representation to diverse immigrant communities. Fellows carry caseloads, seek DOJ accreditation, and are matched with host organizations based on experience and community needs. The program fosters advocates working towards full immigration law representation and access to justice.
Applicants must be recent or soon-to-be college graduates with work authorization in the U.S. for three years. Proficiency in a second language is required, with Spanish preferred. DACA and TPS recipients are eligible.
