Funding supports personnel, program implementation, technology, strategic planning, and capacity building. Focus areas include youth development, education, elderly services, health and social services, and civic engagement through arts and culture. Applicants must have 3+ years operating history and demonstrate local presence.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations or those with a fiscal sponsor, serving Columbia County with demonstrated local presence. Organizations must have at least three years of recent operating history and preferably an operating budget under $5 million.
