This call supports transnational research and innovation projects tackling urban challenges to promote sustainable urban transitions. Projects must focus on one of three themes: Positive Energy Districts, 15-Minute City, or Circular Urban Economies. Proposals require at least three partners from eligible countries, emphasize interdisciplinary approaches, stakeholder involvement, and user needs, and are evaluated on their transnational collaboration value.
Eligibility requires at least three partners from three different countries listed on the call website, with two countries eligible for EC Co-Fund. Proposals must be in English and submitted electronically.
