This funding supports small grants aimed at collaborative research and innovation projects, enhancing access to EU funding, strengthening R&I management, technology transfer capacities, and contributing to evidence-based policy reforms and digital and green transformation in enlargement countries. Eligible activities include joint regional innovation actions, uptake of results, and people-to-people cooperation projects involving consortia from enlargement countries and EU Member States.
Applicants must be based in enlargement countries including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, and Ukraine.
