This grant funds common procurement activities for a wide range of ground and naval defense platforms and systems, including artillery, armored vehicles, naval platforms, and subsystems. It supports cooperation among Member States and associated countries through binding agreements and procurement agents, aiming to fill capability gaps and strengthen defense industrial readiness. Actions must have a minimum procurement value of EUR 80 million and be completed by the end of 2033.
