This grant supports projects exploring the impact of AI technologies, including deepfakes and cyberviolence, on democratic processes, equality, and social cohesion. Funded activities include developing evidence-based AI governance frameworks, enhancing media literacy, mitigating online harms, and fostering academia-industry collaboration to create ethical and trustworthy AI models.
Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe Work Programme conditions, including proposal page limits, eligible countries as per Annex B, and financial and operational capacity requirements. Participation may include consortium members and the Joint Research Centre under specific conditions.
