This opportunity funds projects that foster widespread adoption of high-TRL disaster risk solutions by overcoming deployment barriers and promoting stakeholder collaboration. Projects should develop strategies for scaling and commercializing innovative technologies, integrate them into existing disaster management frameworks, and demonstrate their effectiveness through large-scale pilots. The focus includes multi-hazard scenarios, interoperability standards, and alignment with EU disaster resilience objectives.
Eligible applicants must include at least three first responders or disaster risk authorities from three different EU Member States or Associated Countries. Entities controlled by China are excluded. Use of Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS data is required if satellite-based services are involved.
