This opportunity funds projects developing specialized tools and methodologies to support virtual and physical stress tests of critical infrastructure. Funded activities include simulation, multi-hazard scenario building, data analytics, Digital Twins, and risk assessment. Solutions should be adaptable across sectors and environments, support collaboration under stress, and comply with legislative frameworks. Projects must involve practitioners from critical infrastructure sectors and use satellite data services when applicable.
Eligible applicants must be from EU Member States or Associated Countries, including at least three relevant practitioners from critical infrastructure operators, authorities, civil protection, law enforcement, or security providers.
