This opportunity funds projects developing modular, rapidly adaptable tools to detect and investigate online harms like identity theft, disinformation, and online payment fraud. Proposals must use short development cycles and actively involve Police Authorities from multiple EU countries. Collaboration with Europol Innovation Lab, EU Drugs Agency, and CEPOL is expected to ensure tools are effective, user-friendly, and legally sound. The goal is to enhance European security through innovative, responsive solutions.
Applicants must include at least 3 Police Authorities from 3 different EU Member States or Associated Countries. Entities controlled by China are ineligible.
