This funding supports pre-commercial procurement actions aimed at acquiring R&D services and innovative civil security technology solutions. Projects must involve a community of EU civil security practitioners and public procurers from multiple Member States or Associated Countries. Funded activities include technology maturation, market analysis, validation, and pilot deployment to facilitate commercialization and scale-up of innovative security solutions, with a focus on sustainability and broad adoption.
