This grant funds actions to establish and strengthen an EU expert network covering all critical raw materials assessed in 2027. Activities include updating data and fact sheets, organizing expert workshops, coordinating with the European Commission, and supporting policy implementation of the Critical Raw Materials Act. The network will address the entire value chain from primary and secondary resources to strategic end-use sectors, enhancing knowledge for sustainable and secure raw materials supply.
Eligible applicants are legal entities established in EU Member States, associated countries, OECD countries, African Union Member States, MERCOSUR, CARIFORUM, Andean Community, and countries with strategic raw materials partnerships or trade agreements with the EU.
