This Coordination and Support Action aims to strengthen the European Virtual Worlds ecosystem by updating the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda, promoting adoption of interoperable and trustworthy virtual worlds technologies, and fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and public actors. It supports standardisation efforts, outreach programmes, and coordination across EU Member States and Associated Countries to ensure inclusive, ethical, and sustainable virtual worlds development aligned with EU values.
Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe general conditions, including admissibility, eligible countries, financial and operational capacity, and legal requirements. Proposals should involve representatives from academia, industry, and public actors within eligible countries.
