This grant funds projects that assess the performance of EU and Member State policy instruments aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, focusing on sectors outside the EU Emission Trading System. Funded activities include developing advanced methodologies for ex-ante and ex-post evaluation, analyzing social and economic impacts, and applying econometric and machine learning techniques to better understand policy effectiveness and interactions.
Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe Work Programme conditions, including page limits, layout, and country eligibility as described in the programme annexes.
