This opportunity funds projects that develop solar photovoltaic cells and modules with efficiencies beyond current commercial standards and robust production technologies. Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe general conditions including proposal format, eligible countries, and financial capacity. Entities controlled by China are excluded.
