This grant funds projects addressing fire safety risks of electric vehicles in constrained environments such as underground parking, garages, ferryboats, and depots. Funded activities include developing standardized fire risk assessments, innovative and affordable fire detection and suppression technologies, firefighting protocols compatible with existing standards, and social science initiatives to improve public perception. Projects must integrate multidisciplinary expertise and comply with Horizon Europe conditions.
