This funding opportunity supports projects that develop and validate multisensory biodiversity data integration systems combining omics, in-situ, satellite remote sensing, socio-ecological, and climatic data. The goal is to enhance ecosystem condition assessment, biodiversity monitoring, and predictive modeling using AI across terrestrial, freshwater, and marine ecosystems at European and international scales. Projects must address critical biodiversity knowledge gaps and support EU biodiversity and climate objectives through FAIR data systems.
Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe admissibility conditions, including page limits and layout, and be from eligible countries as described in the Work Programme. Participation of the Joint Research Centre is possible under specific conditions. Use of Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS
