Accelerating the transition to a nature positive economy: Integrating biodiversity into the private sector

This funding opportunity supports projects that integrate biodiversity considerations into private sector decision-making to promote a nature positive economy. Funded activities include strengthening the economic case for biodiversity, fostering transformative business models especially for start-ups and SMEs, improving policy frameworks and fiscal reforms, and enhancing measurement and reporting of biodiversity impacts. Projects should align with EU strategies and frameworks such as the European Green Deal, EU biodiversity strategy for 2030, and the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framew
