This grant funds research and innovation projects aimed at fostering sustainable, equitable, and inclusive development of rural areas by improving resilience to various shocks. Activities include assessing impacts of shocks, measuring resilience, engaging vulnerable groups in governance, mobilizing local resources, and supporting multi-level government crisis preparedness and management plans.
Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe general conditions including page limits, layout, and eligible countries. Proposals must apply the multi-actor approach and meet financial and operational capacity requirements as described in the Horizon Europe Work Programme annexes.
