This call funds SMEs, start-ups, and small mid-caps developing innovative defence technologies in areas including air and missile defence, artillery, missiles, drones, cyber and AI warfare, military mobility, ground combat, maritime, air combat, and medical countermeasures. Innovations must have a primary defence application and be critical by introducing emerging technologies or reducing strategic dependencies. Applicants must demonstrate market interest and be established in the EU, Ukraine, or associated EEA countries.
