This opportunity funds the design and validation of multi-scale, multi-organ Virtual Human Twin models that improve prevention and diagnosis of diseases with high morbidity and mortality. Proposals should focus on integrating these models into clinical decision support tools and care pathways, addressing complex pathophysiology over time. Use cases may include co-morbidities, cardiovascular conditions, cancer, diabetes, rare diseases, and more, benefiting diverse patient populations.
Eligible applicants include legal entities established in EU and associated countries, as well as entities in the USA. Applicants must meet admissibility, financial, and operational capacity conditions as described in the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.
