This grant funds the creation of a pan-European open-access infrastructure for systematic testing and certification of quantum technologies. Activities include deploying distributed testing facilities, developing interoperable testing and certification protocols, integrating metrological capabilities, and supporting SMEs and start-ups. The project aims to strengthen Europe's competitiveness by ensuring quality assurance and accelerating market readiness of quantum products, aligned with SRIA 2030 objectives.
