This grant funds research aimed at understanding tumour heterogeneity during cancer initiation and progression, especially in paediatric, refractory, rare, and low-survival cancers. It supports exploratory mechanistic, clinical proof-of-concept, and translational studies leveraging advances in functional genomics, structural biology, and AI-driven data analysis. Projects must develop experimental models, investigate tumor microenvironment interactions, and integrate FAIR multimodal patient data accessible via the UNCAN platform.
Eligible applicants must comply with Horizon Europe Work Programme conditions including admissibility, eligible countries, financial and operational capacity, and legal requirements. Proposals must follow specified page limits and layouts and meet evaluation thresholds.
