This funding supports new or existing doctoral programmes that enhance human resources in research and innovation across all disciplines. Funded activities include research training, transferable skills development, career planning, and fostering open science and innovation. Programmes must lead to doctoral degrees awarded in EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries and include a Career Development Plan for each researcher.
