The 2027 TALENT program offers paid summer internships for undergraduates, graduates, and recent graduates interested in Tribal energy issues. Participants engage in technical and research projects at DOE national laboratories for 10-12 weeks, gaining hands-on experience, leadership skills, and exposure to energy technologies and Tribal engagement. The program supports career development and encourages ongoing involvement in Tribal energy initiatives.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens aged 18 or older by June 1, 2027, with a strong Tribal connection demonstrated by a letter of support. Eligible candidates include students at Tribal or accredited colleges, recent graduates, or those with specialized skills.
