This grant supports African Australian communities in New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia by funding organisations to deliver culturally appropriate programs. Focus areas include youth engagement, mental health, employment services, family support, community capacity building, and facilitating access to Commonwealth services. The program aims to enhance integration, participation, and community cohesion over a three-year period from 2026-27 to 2028-29.
Eligible applicants are invited organisations listed in Appendix A of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines who have received an invitation through GrantConnect. Only these organisations may apply.
