The program funds Australian political parties to assist with the development of democratic political party systems in other countries. The grant spans three financial years from 2026-27 to 2028-29 and supports activities aimed at strengthening democracy abroad.
Eligible applicants are the Australian Labor Party, the Liberal Party of Australia (including on behalf of The Nationals), and the Australian Greens.
