This grant funds Native Title Representative Bodies and Service Providers to perform statutory representative functions under the Native Title Act 1993. It supports resolving native title claims and agreements, assisting claimants and holders, and establishing and maintaining Prescribed Bodies Corporate to meet legislative and operational requirements.
