This ISO seeks solution summary and proposal submissions for projects that fall within the scope of the ARPA-H mission Resilient Systems Office (RSO). RSO’s interest areas will address systemic challenges across the healthcare and public health landscape by investing in cutting-edge technologies that address long-standing gaps in the quality, efficacy, and consistent availability of care. Amendment 1 is effective immediately; however, if an entity has previously submitted a solution summary and/or a proposal, the base solicitation will be followed for those submissions. If a solution summary is submitted; however, a proposal has not been submitted yet, the proposal will be evaluated in accordance with this amendment. The amendment includes changes removing some submission options, clarifying eligibilities (e.g., FFRDCs and government entities including federal employees are not permitted to respond), expanding reasons for solution summary requirements, administrative changes, and extension of the solicitation until March 3, 2029.
