This grant supports organizations expanding technical assistance and business-support services for underrepresented businesses in climate-critical industries. Funded activities include operating regional Hubs offering core services and Spoke partners providing sector-specific expertise to help businesses grow in clean energy sectors. Applicants must address barriers, strengthen pathways, and build referral networks across partnerships.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits, academic institutions, government agencies, and for-profit entities with business support programs. Lead applicants must have a Massachusetts presence and be in good standing with MassCEC. Funding supports organizations, not individual businesses.
