This grant supports Tennessee non-profit organizations and pregnancy centers offering direct services to pregnant women and families from pregnancy through 24 months postpartum. Funded activities include medical and mental health support, counseling, workforce assistance for new mothers, housing aid, childcare, and transportation services. The project period runs from December 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations with a physical location in Tennessee, operating for at least 12 months prior to application, providing direct services to pregnant women and families through pregnancy and up to 24 months postpartum.
