Applicants must have doctoral degrees and strong scientific merits, with a close connection to Finland.
Eligible applicants are individual research teams or consortia with doctoral-level principal investigators, usually at professor or docent level, having a close connection to Finland. Only one application per applicant is allowed, and ongoing ACTIVE PIs cannot reapply.
