The Green Discovery Chemistry Award honors industrial chemists who create sustainable and green technologies in discovery/medicinal chemistry. It supports innovations in sustainable protocols, automated synthesis, green synthetic pathways, SAR strategies, and molecular design that advance sustainability goals. Recipients present at the Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference and receive travel reimbursement and a plaque.
Open internationally to industrial chemists or teams (up to 10) who have developed green chemistry innovations in discovery/medicinal chemistry. Nominees need not be ACS members. The award recognizes specific projects, not career achievements.
