The Faculty Institute supports faculty at participating campuses in redesigning courses, developing new ones, or leading workshops that equip students with skills for productive conversations. The program includes a 2.5-day in-person convening and an 18-month virtual community with expert workshops, peer coaching, and resource sharing. Participants receive a stipend after completing the program and submitting a final report.
Open to faculty at campuses whose presidents are members of College Presidents for Civic Preparedness. Faculty must be affiliated with participating schools.
