The RTCA program provides professional services to community groups, nonprofits, tribal governments, parks, and agencies to help turn conservation and outdoor recreation ideas into action. It supports projects involving planning, design, and technical expertise to conserve lands and waters, develop organizational capacity, support public land management collaboration, and engage youth. Applications are accepted year-round and require contacting a regional lead and submitting a detailed application.
Eligible applicants include community groups, nonprofit organizations, tribal governments, national parks, and local, state, and federal agencies. Applicants must contact the RTCA regional lead and submit a fillable PDF application with required documents.
