This grant provides up to $2,500 in operating support to emerging Delaware arts organizations, combined with customized training and consulting to enhance nonprofit management. Funded activities include artists' fees, administrative costs, marketing, personnel, and other operational expenses. Applicants must submit a Letter of Intent by January 15 and meet eligibility criteria including nonprofit status, stable board, and at least two years of public arts programming.
Eligible applicants are newly formed or first-time Delaware arts nonprofits with 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), or 509(a) status, a stable board, at least two years of public arts programming, and over $16,000 in operating income. A Letter of Intent is required by January 15.
