This grant funds community arts and cultural organizations to compensate Art & Soul Featured Artists participating in programs, festivals, and venues from March to June 2027. Activities must include alumni or 2027 Featured Artists and be open to the public, with some exceptions. Funded groups must promote their activities and ensure fair artistic labor compensation.
Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits or fiscally sponsored by one, serve the nine-county Indy Arts Council area, and have no outstanding reports from prior grants. Schools, universities, and fundraising-only organizations are ineligible.
