This grant supports nonprofit organizations and individual artists to develop and present arts activities in public spaces within Marion County. Projects at Indy Parks and Indianapolis Public Libraries may be prioritized if aligned with site goals. Funding covers all program-related expenses including artist fees. Permanent public art installations are excluded. Awards range from $2,000 to $10,000, with activities and spending required between April 1, 2027 and March 31, 2028.
