The Victory Empowerment Fellowship is a six-month program for LGBTQ+ leaders of color and transgender leaders to build campaign skills and policy-making power. It includes Candidate & Campaign Training, virtual convenings, the International LGBTQ+ Leadership Conference, and mentorship from an out LGBTQ+ elected official. The fellowship covers registration, travel, and lodging for key events and requires attendance at both.
Open to LGBTQ+ leaders of color and/or transgender leaders committed to attending fellowship events. Applicants must be leaders within these communities.
