The Golestan Fellowship supports researchers whose work intersects medical or biological sciences with humanities or social sciences. It offers one five- or ten-month full-time fellowship annually at NIAS, including a personal stipend, office space, research facilities, and subsidised accommodation or transport. Fellows engage in a multidisciplinary community, participate in weekly seminars, and contribute to the institute's academic life.
Open to researchers with at least three years post-PhD experience whose work links medical or biological sciences with humanities or social sciences. Priority is given to researchers based outside the Netherlands. Applicants must be proficient in English.
